Bókakaffi is created and run by the Icelandic philosopher and 80’s popstar Gréta Sigurjónsdóttir. It used to be an old bookstore that Gréta’s uncle-in-law ran for many years by the bridge over Lake Lagarfljót in East Iceland. Now it is Bókakaffi.
